The 27th Annual May Day Classic will be held in May 2025
To host a successful tournament, we require all families to volunteer four (4) hours during the tournament, guaranteed with one $ 350 bond check from each family. A bond check is a regular check you submit to guarantee your commitment to fulfill your service hours. Your bond check will be held un-cashed and will be returned to you at volunteer check-out. Your bond check is required whether your child plays in the tournament or not.

One bond check per family of $350, payable to SWSC. Collection by team managers begins in January.
Put your child's/children's name & U-level in the memo, ex: Abby Wambach-GU18.
The deadline to submit your $350 check to your eldest child's team manager is March 1st.
If SWSC does not receive your Bond Check, no member of your family will be allowed to participate in SWSC activities until your check has been received. Your player pass will be pulled and your coach will be notified.
Your un-cashed bond check will be returned to you at the end of your May Day Volunteer shift at check-out or shredded.
If the four (4) hours are not completed by the end of the May Day Classic, your $350 bond check will be forfeited by you and deposited into the SWSC general account.
